can someone help me find a good lighting tutorial for 3dmax

its for the meshes that i made, ive learned a lot at school this year, but we didnt get to the lighting tutorials.

soz, but i dunno off any good tutorials, basicly just try out what every thing does and see what gets the best effect, thats how i learned
