IIRC, Serpentine modeled backblast on it's RPG-7, and that was on original Unreal engine.

I don't know, personally I have never played 2.75. But when i play online, almost everyone says they liked 2.75 more, and liked the AT4. So I just thought I'd throw it in here..

Well, supposedly, the Inf-Lite mutator is being worked on as a side project by other people. It would be nice to have the mut include the old 2.75 AT4. But then again, I would like to see Inf-Lite return to 2.75 in the ways of item pick-ups, weapon replacement menu, and bugs worked out of netplay.

Screw the AT4,

its heavy, bulky, & a decent AT weapon.

Isn't the best conter-ambush tactic, to face the ambush and fire the heavist weapon you have to break it up.

No, I want the M72 LAW, light(er), less complicated, and an effective anti-personal; conter-ambush weapon.

The RPG is a very good anti-personal weapon, the backblast is nasty. There is even a anti-personal round that uses the fuse of the 82mm mortar round. (I think its the OZ82)

You can buy em cheap from Usuf's Arms Katalog, delivered to your home guaranteed (exept for deliveries in Israel in which case the guaratee is void, they'll try their best though) .

Check in the Afghani surplus bin for those bargain deals.

AT4= useless its to big/bulky the big explosion is fun but might be to big

HOWEVER!! a LAW or RPG launcher would be nice. (to "clear" out MG,sniper nests or destroy mission objectives in future gametypes) the LAW would be the one shot light weight weapon while the RPG would be the bulkier but reloadable version(2 shot limit or so).

erm hold on there is a reloadable RPG right? hmm.. gotta ask Mr.T.Ban

You know, one of those russian 1 shot grenade launchers aint such a bad idea.
We see em all the time on tv news. probly the most common weapon seen next to the ak at that.

with a blast bigger than an m-67, but not so friken big that it would wipe out a whole team, it might be acceptable.

Actually, the AT-4 is the M72 LAW's replacement in the U.S. arsenal -- the LAW's just too weak to engage a modern tank. However, the AT-4 is big and heavy enough that it's carried only by dedicated gunners in heavy-weapons teams.

The Marine Corps is developing the Predator, a light rocket laucher that is similar to the LAW in that it's designed to be small and cheap enough for every soldier to carry. Predator is equipped with a basic inertial guidance system, which is quite effective at the limited ranges it's typically used at.

The classic RPG-7 is reloadable; the newer designs like the RPG-29 are not. The Carl Gustaf RAAWS, Ranger Anti Armor Weapons System, is also reloadable, although it's a recoilless rifle rather than a true rocket launcher.

How about this instead of the AT4? Then we can all be unmanned-spy-plane whores.

"On Monday, a CIA-operated unmanned spy plane, armed with Hellfire missiles, scored what appeared to be a direct hit on three white-robed men, one of whom was believed to be a senior al Qaeda leader, U.S. officials have told CNN."
