Where can I find some real good CTF-Maps?

Take a look at the links page on the left when in planetunreal. You'll see a link to a place called Nali City.

They have more maps there than you can download, and most of them are rated out of ten and reviewed.

Best place for UT CTF maps (IMHO)... www.planetunreal.com/mapped

Its also good for Assault maps.

Go check out www.myunreal.com. This is the web page setup for the WES 650 CTF server, you'll be able to download all the maps that are played on the server and then go check'em out on line with the greatest bunch of guys around. If you see a MyU tag on someones name just say hi and have fun!
