UT2k4 Hellbender Help

Hey all.
I am having major trouble with modding the hellbender.
All I want it to do is go much faster and be able to have the handling to match the speed.

I can't find a logical way of changing the gear ratio after many, many weeks of trying to find an order to change them in to increase the speed.

PHP Code:

    TransRatio=0.11
    GearRatios[0]=-0.5
    GearRatios[1]=0.9
    GearRatios[2]=5
        GearRatios[3]=10
    GearRatios[4]=20
    ChangeUpPoint=2000
    ChangeDownPoint=1000
    LSDFactor=1.0
//seems to be the same as

Any help would be awesome.

I don't know code from a cup of joe, but I do know of a few people that "might" be able to lend you some advice on it though!
