I don't care about ping if I can have fun.
I sometimes play on FragBU, but since no euros are on #fragbu, I get to play only with 1 person since everyone else says "it's too soon !", even though it's about midnight where I am

bring euros in #fragBU and there you go !

Yeah thats the problem.
I guess the time is more of a problem for me too than ping.
As you say, its not THAT important if you have fun.

Well i'd be up for that! I personally can't stand high pings so i would much rather have an EU server to play on. If we can get enough people then count me in!

We've tried many times in the past to get fragbu going in EU. [Ci] even opened it's server for use. The turnout has never been enough to support the effort. I'm guessing that the EU fragbu regulars would rather play on with the high pings and late hours to have the chance to play with their NA counterparts. They didn't want to leave the group. That's just my guess though.

I loved that crytan guy, always getting our flag just before we cap

at one time, on omnicrondawn, I had just a feeling that he would steal our flag, and shot a full bio glob at our flag, and I see a red xloc going to the flag, crytan gets the flag and the bio I just shot

I'm all for fun, and I'm not one to whine about ping when I'm enjoying a fun match, but the NA time is simply not possible for me.
So if a EU version of FBU was set up, I'd be there!

Then in order to not divide the community too much, there could be EU vs. NA matches every once in a while, at a time that isn't too weird for both sides.. (and of course alternating server every once in a while)

Yea i was thinking of doing the same last night but last time i joined the FragBU server was 01:00ish and i was alone.
I dunno if it was starting late last night or if i just was early?

too bad I can't be there (yet). I wouldve begged to have something like this in the last few months of utk4. I stayed up long enough to join fragBU just once, but went out after an hour. It was 3AM my time after a long day of work, and the guys that joined kept saying 'its wayyyy too early'.

. Why does the earth have to be round?

Maybe a good idea to get a good turnout on every frabBU EU is to work together with some english EU community site - just a thought.
