Fixing leaks?

Every map I attempt keeps giving my leaks. I can see through the ground or through a wall. The editor will crash dozens of times a day and it is getting %*#$ing annoying.

I have been doing mapping for 5 years on this editor and not one of my maps ever has been completed. No one has ever gave me a straight answer on how to fix these leaks. Is there anyone out there in Internet land that would help this poor mapper who has fallen victim to countless leaks.
