Frag.Ops v1.3 Released

The long-awaited Frag.Ops v 1.3 has been released. It's a pretty big update as the full install is a hefty 220 MB. Below are some of the additions. More changes can be found in the READ ME.

New Character Animations
2 Akimbo Weapons
4 Grenade Types, 1 New
"Motion Recoil" System (Maintains realistic recoil while eliminating screen jitter)
New Realism Features (Screen-shaking explosions, "Regain Footing" when jumping, Better recoil reductions when crouching/standing still, Sniper Rifle smooth-zooms)
Heavy Performance Tweaks
35% Less Texture Memory Usage
Over 40 Bugs Fixed
