Fair access policy update.
Well... I found a way around the bandwith restriction thingie on my satellite internet. I can be connected to my dial up ISP and the satellite at the same time... and download on the dish. Once I hit the limit, I disconnect the satellite and disable the USB modem from inside XP's network devices, and then putter about on the dial up. After a good hour or so (Rough estimation.), I hop back on the dish and operating at full speed.
So fuck you DirecWay, I pwned your ass!
