Search First Post Only

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. On another forum I visit, there's a very useful option in the Search menu to only look at the first post (thread starter) in a thread. It's great when you're looking for a thread about a specific subject, rather than a random mention in an otherwise unrelated thread.

Theoretically, this shouldn't be hard to implement (the other forum also runs vB) , and should also cut down on the processing time for those requests.

Thoughts?

Neat idea! It'd probably be very useful, too. And if my thinking is correct, it should be easy to implement.
