can anyone give me the amount of sections inside each umx (i.e queenend has 3 and utend, 1) and what levels they are used in? I need to make better descriptions of the songs for my mod, rather than just "hub 7" :D

Thankz

Thanks a lot man! No I got better desciptions. It wasn't entirely accurate (for instance Endex.umx has 3 sections and several others do that you marked 2 so too, but that's ok.) I had the sections already figured out, just needed the levels. And I guess I could use napali music labeler's too (and I don't need descriptions of the type of theme, just what levels the song is used in and the amount of sections).
I could use UT music too :D

Thank you again.... I'll make sure to give you credit!

Wow, how long it take you to write that up?
and jumps or not, they still are unique. I mean I'm saying that vortex.umx is 2 sections and who the hell would want to listen to a heartbeat? :D
For most of the UT music files, I'll probably end up using its "official name (the one modplug says)", simply because I can't fit all the level names :D. But I will end up using it for songs with one or two tracks.
And some things:
-seeker and seeker2 sound vertually the same. There a difference?
-savemeg is exactly the same as saveme.... hehe :D
-credits.umx is a really cool song, but it can't be used, as there is alread a credits.utx (and you know only one package gets the name). I made an INT already for it and the readme says to just rename it to creditsmusic.umx. It's titled room of champions.

Deus Ex music (and Na Pali) won't be in the initial release, yet I'll release the .INT files referencing them later (like a couple hours after release :D). So could you give me 'em too? (how much time this take you, geez?). Oh and hub 2 section 1 is definitely in Deus Ex :D

and nice Alex Brandon said that the unreal music can be included as a zip file. (I don't know about na pali or Deus Ex, maybe I'll ask him....).

and wanna beta test?

actually its not.. :) its pretty similiar but they aren't the same. and I'm pretty sure UT-Logo-Map.unr plays the UT menu track whereas entry.unr plays no music at all

just out of curiosity usaar, can I ask what kind of mod are you making?

they aren't? well, there so damn similar, it's not even funny (or worth referencing the second one). It's a BIG mod :D. One of its feautures is a music selector. Wanna beta test it?

ya I know they're almost the same :) there's probably only like two seconds of savemeg thats even different at all really..

sure I'll beta test it :) I was thinking you were making UTamp for U1 or something like that more or less, but that's cool. how big are we talking here? and am I right to assume it is for U1 and not UT?

SaveMe

SaveMe is the normal Morpheus track.

Savemeg (who's meg? lol) has some very kool echo effects at the beginning & it uses that xz... xi.. umm.... whatever it's called ;) plus it has some extra notes floating around... :D

Saveme: Yeah, normal Morpheus

Savemeg: Presumably short for Saveme Gothic, with its boom-boom at the start rather than high tech servo sounds.

Seeker: Regular track

Seeker2: Upped speed a bit and a lot of extra drum beats.

Hmmmm

Although I do seem to have a lot of time on my hands, I am doing a University course as well, and of course playing the games I post so much about, in my clan. It would depend how much you wanted me to do.
