It checks what files you have in your Unrealtournament\cache-folder and let you make them permanent i.e. rename the files and move them to right folders or delete them.

weird , ut cache manager that hal has attached above always crashes on me if i let my cache get too big , seems like if it has over like 30 files in there it just hangs at the "determining relationships" part ... shirk ...
I use UT Map Manager. Can't find a link for you though . Try a search on the forums with the name. Something is bound to turn up.
