To see both teams energy hit f1. The red and blue bars above the names are the teams energy. No hax needed.

That's how much energy in their possession, not their energy CONSUMPTION ;)

And it's not hax. It's knowledge.

Butt Plugs.

- I should have known that only S.I.X. would come up with a topic like this; I always play in Myu; sure, there are turret whores, point whores, gas whores, "n00bs," etc; no way to escape it except playing in other servers; boycotting Myu would be a hard hit to the community; besides, if players were so "1337" they would have figured out efficient ways to counter turrets and gas by now, not too hard for me, at least. I usually approach heavy turret areas as a gunner and use rockets for longer distant fragging, or as a tech with EMP grenades for higher splash damage for turret farms; should do you just fine. If enemies get near me, I usually just char the hell out of them with a shotgun, and if they gas spam, I back away from the gas, and use the shotgun to "snipe" them from further away. In some cases, it is easier said than done, but generally, I usually deal with turrets and gas good. I always have low FPS; dealing with it is hard as hell, I know this personally, but there are ways around it. Just takes some thinking, timing, and precision.

- Point whoring can be a good thing in my case; I point whore big time off of destroying enemy deployables that are spammed all the time. Fun. Try it sometime. It cuts down the FPS rape, does your team a lot of good, and you get points from it.

- I do agree with a turret limitation; it would encourage teamwork if each team had for example, like 25 turrets max; 25 force walls max; etc. More efficiency, less abundancy. People get bitchy about people moving their turrets though and claiming their points and stuff; unless there was some kind of way to make "deployable fragged player" scores add 100 points or less to all team members or something, like the "team capture artifact" score, kind of.

- I think some people that play this game are too fixated on the whole deathmatch concept and keep saying "gassing + turrets = no skill," well, to me, this game was never about skill in the first place; teamwork. Sometimes I wish there was never individual score statistics, just the team score total, so no one assumes the person with the highest points justifies "skill" and contribution, when it truth, it not always does. It gets on my nerves to have a ranger attacking me from 10,000 ft away, jump around me while emptying 100 clips of pistol ammo, then he dies from gas or turret and starts ****. Skill this, skill that; whatever. Less target practicing, more XMPing. A big chunk of PC online gaming skill is usually heavily assisted by hardware/connection advantage anyways, depending on how reliant you are on FPS/connection...I know I am.

- Complaining is inevitable and is as common as pissing; happens everyday, all the time. I understand your plights; people might point fingers at who bitches too much, but in reality, you could all be convicted of the same crime to the highest degree in less than a minute. Just keep it cool, work with what you have, play the game, work as a team, and have fun. That simple. I am guilty of bitching and moaning too, just like everyone else; no big deal. I usually do not have an optimistic attitude, and it is hard to kick back and not be so die-hard competitive and angry sometimes, but in most cases, nothing really changes from your whims, adjust to it.

- Constant mockery of spelling and grammer is a last resort fallback method of intellectual retaliation; nothing significant.

Your friendly community neighbor who is pissed off 24/7,

yeah i hear you nothing like gaining 2-3k on killing turrets (espeacialy when u have an arti) but gas is hard to ****ing dodge when ppl spam all 6 nades near you
i am getting fed of the BS talkers myself that go warbling on about crap against other people ppl syaing this guy does this and that hates this and that when they have never played the guy in question and saying thay are ruining the community thats total bs THEY are ruining the community bs talking crap about ppl
lets go through wat one guy said to me
i ruin the comunity hmm nope sorry that was ruined by TKL atari and ppl like you
i hate maps with no raptors - GET IT RIGHT most maps without raptors are small room maps which have repetative play and anyway i like crusher and minos
but to call someone a raptor whore when they are blowing the crap out of your team mates with a rocket launcher is a bit retarded i used the raptor once in that game and that was the rush to the beach deploy he kinda shut up after i pointed that out
all this HATE in the community is pulling it apart no one else (except maybe the lamers) i used to hear hi (insert name here) alot when pll joined servers now you rarely do and if ur going to accuse ppl of something ACCTUALLY PLAY THEN FIRST
the PETS DONT HACK so STFU sbout it

I'd prefer it if you didn't get points at all for turret frags. To get the same number of points as with a "hand" frag seems a bit odd to me.
BTW I'm saying this as a tech, who is quite happy with turrets.

I think gecko meant points for your turrets killing the enemy. I agree, you should get maybe 50 pts for a turret kill. I mean, it's not like you did the aiming or anything.

Full Ack.

I imagine that there might have been days in the past where a team acted like a team and not as a bunch of players aiming at nothing but their score. But I might be wrong. What about specialising on a role - defendig the base / the gen. , getting energy and deploys for the team?! Everybody wants to be the arti-grabber...cause its about scoring and "fame". Hell we can play UT instead.

I grab arti's because it's what I'm good at. I defend when the node needs to be defended, and I get energy when my team needs energy. I play on the same side as my clan in pub games. Why? Because they act like a team instead of asshats, and it's more fun that way because I know I won't be frustrated by a blatant disregard for a certain key element in the gameplay. It makes it fun for me, and my clan. Really, I feel bad for the pubbers who have to suffer on a bad team while a coordinated clan team rapes them, but they can join a clan.. and they can use their own skills to pair up with another member on their team to make sure **** gets done. Before I knew who Buttskank's real name was, me and him always paired up in servers. I don't know how or why, we just ran together.. hacked together, covered each others backs, and we friggin WRECKED the maps hardcore. It doesn't take much. Find someone who plays like you and follow them. Share the points, but accomplish the goal. Yes, I pointwhore like a mutha, but I don't pointwhore to the extent that it hurts my team. And I'm sure anyone who's played with me can vouch for that. In fact, I don't kill many people. Last few times I've even played XMP most of my points were artifact carriers and returns, steals and caps. I bypass most people now and only take them out if they are in a vehicle. I do what needs to get done, sorry if doing what needs to get done makes me score 10,000 higher than your score.. but maybe, you should contribute more and you wouldn't have a reason to complain.

Okay, try that again flack, but this time make a sentence...

Forgive him. He's only 6 years old and he IS from Europe so his teeth are falling out of his head. It's difficult to form a coherent sentence when speaking, and it translates on to the messageboards as well. Don't make a mockery of his plight. Please, think of the children :(
