I have a Rage Xpert 98, 128 SDRAM, and a p3 600 and still the demo will not run on the demo mission, although the training will run, but laggy. I am upgrading to run my current games and future games (including TF2 
to 256 SDRAM and a TNT2, hopegully the demo will run then.
