Well they are trying to do away with trial-by-jury in the UK so who knows how long "innocent until proven guilty" will last (in the UK or the US )Another thing, If i remember rightly arn't you incocent until proven guilty here in the UK?

I feel that parents are 100% as responsible for their kids actions as the children are themselves. If a parent has a child under 18, if that child does something, the parent messed up and should be punished. Period.
