if you want to fill a cylindircal space with water (like a pipe for instance) you can use a square sheet across it -- bits of the sheet that end up in solid space are ignored.
If you want a free-standing cylinder of water -- something like DM-healpod but with water, u can do this:
make a cylinder.
use the AddSpecial button, select the water preset, click add. you'll get a green cylinder made of sheets.

you can make funny-shaped sheets with the 2D extruder. if you want a sheet thats a perfect circle, use the extruder tool from my site.

 DON'T (de)intersect a sheet!!

This is the quickest way to foul up your map with those nasty BSP holes. To draw a circle in the 2D editor, you will need to use the spline tool. Select a line segment by clicking theright vertex, then click the button with a curved line and a couple of control points on it. Then you can set the number of spline segments in one of the menus.

It's much easier to use the cylinder brush with add special tho.

Freestanding water is great, but don't expect your bots to grasp the idea too easily!
