I agree with this... but theres a way to deal with it. Newbies DON'T know everyones backgroud as we know each others (sort of). If they are mistaken or if they do something no acceptable in the community, theres a way to deal with that without flaming or insluting anyone. Respect soldier!
Any military will know (its the first thing I learned out there) that the most important rule in leadership is SET AN EXEMPLE.
