UnrealEd crashes every time I save!

Here's the error I get whenever I try to save, no matter the level or even if it's right after I hit "new"...

Build UT2004_Patch_[2004-05-10_17.18]

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2796 MHz with 1022MB RAM
Video: 128 DDR ATI Radeon 9800 (6297)

Assertion failed: GObjBeginLoadCount==0 [File:.\UnObj.cpp] [Line: 2331]

History: UObject::StaticTick <- UEditorEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop


This just started happening right after I installed the new patch. Help! :eek:

tried alsorts to fix it only solution i found is not to use epics new patch evrything was sweet befor i installed that

if u ask me thats a pretty big bug and should have been sorted befor they released teh patch afterall the editor an mod tools is the main reason alot of people actualy bye the game

Letter to Epic

Dear Epic thank you for the fast patch you got out, that removed the need to have the CD in the drive to play and made it so I could toss my CD away.
The only problem is now I need the CD again to remove and reinstall UT2k4 since the Patch $&*@^! up the UT2k4 Editor :p
Goes to look around room for disk.

Ahh, fixed it. I don't remember downloading any mods for UT2004, but apparently I did. I had a WeaponLord.int in my system folder but no package for it. Got rid of the INT file and now it works again! Hooray for Editor.log. :rolleyes:
