How do i add a Manta to my level..

PLZ HELP!!! HOW DO I ADD A MANTA TO MY LEVEL!!

I dont know how to add a manta to my level, i have a working map that i can run around in and make some jumps.

But i dont know how to add a Manta.

I tried to add one from the actor menu.

But when i run the game its not thier.

Can some one plz helpl me....
