Everyone's got their own list of things they need to beat (or play again), what's yours?

Mine is mostly from the Xmas sales, and the list feels pretty hefty
-XCOM: Enemy Unknown (Almost Finished)
-Anno 2070 (The expansion portion)
-Bioshock 2
-Darksiders 2
-Tropico 4
-Spec Ops: The Line
-Mark of the Ninja
-Trine 2
-Dear Esther
-S.T.A.L.K.E.R. : Call of Pripyat
-Dark Souls: Prepare to Die content addon
-Alan Wake

Any recommendations on which I should tackle first?

Do I need to play Bioshock 1 / 2 to enjoy Infinity?

If you plan on playing the first two games for infinity then I am sure you will enjoy them for Infinity. Now if you want to enjoy Infinite, I suggest you pick that up and play Infinite for infinity.

IGN said:
In the next few weeks, the title from developer Telltale Games will likely win many Game of the Year awards. Moving into 2013, people will reference the series over and over as the benchmark for story-telling in games. And historically, it will stand as the game that reinvented or at least repopularized adventure games.

I'm not one to care much about what IGN thinks, but in this case they are absolutely right.

I played the entire first season. This game series is a masterpiece of story-telling. It's somewhat buggy, the UI isn't perfect, and the gameplay elements are very dated. But the plot, characters, voice acting, and general progression are the stuff of legends.

Ending spoilers ahead. This game is not like other games; if you read this without having played the entire season it will completely ruin the game for you.

The final confrontation/plot twist with The Stranger was not unexpected (I saw the station wagon out front before going in) but Lee's bite was and it left me with a pit in my stomach. Lee was a good guy, murderer or not, and he didn't deserve to go that way.

I wonder who Clem saw walking in the distance on the hill? I guess we'll find out later this year.

The ghosts N goblins as well as the Super Ghouls N' Ghosts. The game was really hard to beat the it when I was just a little kid. I'm kinda glad they had a remake of the game entitled Ghosts N Goblins online.

Games I want to finish

BioShock 2 keeps on crashing.
XCOM: Enemy Unknown was a good reboot, and I enjoyed it from start to finish, but still ultimately couldn't compare to the classic (Even though I really really liked Enemy Unknown)
I can't bring myself to sit through the 30+ hours of darksiders 2 content just yet.
Or Specops: The Line (Due to an atrociously mundane first half of the game, then again, didn't spend much on the game at all)
Mark of the Ninja has been great so far, but I've gotten distracted with other things.
Max Payne 3 (Really great narrative and soliloquies so far, enjoying it)

I should play Alan Wake... but I have to finish other things first. Too much Warframe!

My list of games that I've started and want to finish are:

Batman: Arkham City (stuck on fight with Mr Freeze)
Dishonored DLC (need a round tuit)
GRID 2 (got distracted)
Hitman: Absolution (stuck on one of the missions)
Mark of the Ninja (annoying until I can start using a controller)
Max Payne 3 (got distracted)
Remember Me (stuck on fight with giant robot)
Skyrim DLC (need a round tuit)

Recent games that I've played to the finish are:

Tomb Raider
Metro: Last Light

But the multiplayer games that my wife and son are willing to play are the biggest time sinks, Civ V, the revised version of Age of Empires II, and the ridiculously-time-consuming-for-what-it-does Minecraft.

Well, only GRID and Rage are ones I have that I haven't started or haven't finished that are mentioned so far. Yep, still addicted to the Unreal Universe; although, that f-ing WOTs game is keeping me away from the UT series. I did DL and am updated with all the new maps released here and at Epic though and have no more excuses. Will post a few reviews tonight!:)

Once I get a few more reviews under my belt, I'll work on my paranoid Nvidia driver updated to get GRID and Rage working.;)

(emoticon is directed at myself not you guys)
