I cant find a good server with regular maps. it seems like no one plays. is there a private server ppl play on these days? ut99 is much better than the other unreal games

I deleted the old unrealtournament.ini...

I deleted the old unrealtournament.ini and the square textures are gone, but it still is choppy on openGL
on d3d9 it is superslow like slow motion and theres tons of mouselag.
