I've got one...

How about if I used a scriptedscreen.utx texture on a prefab, made it into a mesh with Meshmaker (tm) :D and used it in my level, added a screen actor and my desired ssranking/ssmap/ssweb... would this work? (I'm talking just one surface on a mesh, nothing stupid)

Absolutely. Or on more than one surface. Whatever you want. :)

(If you end up in creating some nice screen decoration, let me know...)

what about scaling. If I changed the drawscale of the mesh to, say, 0.500000 - would this affect the screen at all? or would it just remain relative and cause no problem at all...

The screen would scale just like the rest of the mesh does.
