hi
some words about the map:
i know that the 4th arena looks similar to stroggs, but i had the idea to make a bay first (too hard when i think about it again) , but when i saw stroggs map i just tried to make his style/theme better (is it?)

I like it, you used at least two styles in your map that seem kinda "underused" (the island and the cave - tho it's really very similar to Strogg's map in terms of theme), so it was a refreshing experience to play it :)

an RA map set in a cave, who'd have thought?
I'd play it but uh, I cant even get RA to install with 4.36 (so I cant play Maveriks great RA maps) :(

The flares look to bright for my taste... as usual.
The small red light are OK actually; but the flares on the fortress (whatever) on the island actually hide the source in cases...
Is there noone willing to make a set of better flares?
I d/l it anyway, to have a closer look.

actually the 3rd arena is as you said "green"...
does it look ****ty?
or rather good than the lighting of the other arenas ?

upper left
the transition from sand to water sucks
the wall texture is old, ghey and ut quality :P
there must be a horizon
upper right pic
ancient textures :/
old, heavy and fugly
it was always a pain to work with them....lighting just cannot be good there :/
lower left pic
thats just ghey looking, anyone who disagrees?
textures arent good, its all too blocky...gah
lower right pic
purple/red + green = muchos gheyos
green lights can hardly be good
the uttech1 wall is ugly
