never had a mod before

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Ok. Let's take it step by step.

Download the mod to any folder. I suppose the mod are in a zip-file.
Unzip the file to a temporary folder. (It can be deleted later)
Doubleclick on the .umod-file
Now, if everything on your system is ok, UT's installation program should start and install the umod for you.

If UT's installation program don't start, your registry is missing some lines.
If you're using windows you can then use the registry fix I have attached to this post.

To zip and unzip files you need WinZip. You can get it here .
When you have installed WinZip you just have to doubleclick the .zip-file and choose to extract the file to a folder.
You can read more about Winzip on it's homepage.

If you mean the 4.36 patch you just run it. If you have the same file as me.
