ther arent much things left to do.
but as far as i know this is what it kinda should be. i redid at some point the lightin. aligned some textures(hell theres on place i forgot, just reminded my self as i wire this...)
than i have to make the 2nd lift use the triggers... well and some tweaking. well tell me what its like for you.

Balton, i tried to check it out but got a "Connection Failed" when trying to start it ... ?

Yeah, I get that too. Connection failed. Wierd.

If I double click it it loads up fine, but I get the same error if I try it from within UT. I tried it while online too, and UT didn't try to open any ports at all.

I'm really busy this week, I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Aha, okay, got it working.

First, there is some real nice texture and lighting work going on, much better than your last map (although I would hazard a guess that you have been religiously reading DavidM's tutorials ;) )

Connectivity is good, the trimming of and general architecture is nice - oppressive, claustrophobic, but nice. Feels like being in an Aliens film or something....

However, I felt some of the longer corridors to be too sparse. Maybe a few more vertical trims, to break them up visually and provide a little cover?

I really like the use of colour - brown/blue/red contrasts are working well.

But you need to sort out whatever it is that stops it working from within the Start a Practice Game menu....

I found out what the error was. the file name is DM-SaraBETA2.2.unr

but you cant use dots in the filename. I changed this and it worked. btw heres a new beta. and I'll try what the hallways will look with the vertical trim...

i agree, like the lighting and texture work is good, and it does kind of make me feel claustrophobic in the tunnel areas. I kind of like the cutaways where i can jump across or fall down below. The elevators look cool too.

i particularly like the jagged hole blown in the wall by the rocket launcher, though psychologically i really feel like there should be something to do once you jump in there ... That red light on the fan looks kind of like a glowing button which just reenforces the desire for there to be something there, but of course it's not a button.

Not sure what else to say, prolly need to play it again for a further reaction. Going through nicotine withdrawal so probably not real objective right now ;)

worked on it. redid some pathing and tweaked the lifts. also redid a but the architecture(more details where the shieldbelt is). and a bit the item-placing.
