How do u make it so that ur level starts up in CTF mode form the editor?

level info, default game = ctfgame normally

at least i thought you fi it like that, due to my crap pc i never start my map like that

When you playtest the map load it up from the UT menu (not console or UEd)...
Otherwise the CTF game mode won't function properly.

It will if you set the game type. It defaults to DM if you've set it wrong, or left it blank.
