Telefragorator?

Would any of you happen to have a mutator called Telefragorator? I got an email that it had a broken link, but after searching frantically through my entire mod/mutator collection, I can't find it. I don't think I downloaded it since Nemephosis reviewed it.

Unfortunately, after I reviewed it I dumped it. It wasn't something I'd keep. Maybe I should have? :)

I originally gave it a 5. Nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either. I figured why not break even on it.
