HELP! Can't use scroll-wheel after patch!

I use a Logitech Trackman Marble +

Before the patch, I had the game configured to change weapons using the scroll wheel, however, after applying the patch, the scroll wheel no longer works.

Has anyone else experienced this? How can I work around this problem?
