converting .wav into a valid music extention

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I've created a music file in .wav, I allready reduced the size from +/-15 mb to 1.9 mb and now I want to convert the file into a valid music file for ut. I've downloaded some stuff, but I'm totally new to this and I can't work it out.

I allready converted it into .xi, but I figured that this is a format for an instrument or something, I also downloaded fasttracker wich appears to produce valid file extentions, but I can't figure it out so i'm hoping somebody can give me a simple way to convert my .wav without the loss of quality

It's a better idea to create a module using a tracker.
Converting a wav to umx really isn't worth it.
Lots of problems crop up especially if you don't know the tracker software and have never done it before.
