What games are based on the unreal engine?

Im curious, of what ones are neweer (i know a few of them) and what ones are good for mods, i know that some arnt out or are new, and will be awsome U2 being the number one for mods in my opinion, but im curious as to if any others have them and are currently in the making or preproduction!
