View Full Version : Editing - errors while validating levels

I have ported previous original maps into UnrealED and also built levels from scratch... Regardless of what I try, I still get the following error while validating it...
"Class UnrealIPlayers parent is out of date
Error: scripts need to be rebuilt!"

They seem to play fine...But I can't get rid of that error... Any idaes..?

what is the function of level validation. i have never used this feature and all my maps play fine. although when i have read post on this subject they say the same thing. if you want to solve this problem try validating before you put player starts and pathnodes in your map. maybe this will help.

Validating without PlayerStart(s) would generate an error...
