When do you think we'll see ram prices start dropping back to where they were cuz I want to upgrade for UT? Dont get your panties in a bunch ding.

I think it has everything to do with UT, since u kinda need 128mb for this game. Also I heard from an inside source, that the quake REALLY messed up Taiwan's chip industry. (I think we went from a small oversupply to a minor undersupply of memory chips.)

RAM prices are dropping. You can buy a 64meg stick of PC-100 for $61. And 128megs is going for $136. ( www.pricewatch.com (http://www.pricewatch.com) )
Hey, it wasn't too long ago, that RAM was more than $3 per meg.
