Does anyone know how they did dad with tha primary Fire Projectiles?
I took a look at the Projectile code but all I have seen is that they importet some kind of Animated Texture ...??? No mesh, no something else ... somehow confusing ... could someone explane how this works?

It's called a sprite. Like from before true 3D, when we had things like Doom, remember? :D
Basically they import a texture, set the projectile DrawType=DT_Sprite and give it a texture as opposed to a skin. The texture for the pulse projectile is animated from a series of textures and imported from an external .utx file. This can be created in UEd. Otherwise you can just import your textures in the script by naming them Texturename_a00, Texturename_a01, Texturename_a02, etc. and they'll animate by themselves ("a" indicates it's animated, the number following indicates the frame.)
