That was a real picture, but Nova put it to Greyscale, but I think the flag being colored is...symbolistic one could say.

Bane... I'd say make ther lone person stand out a bit more. Colorize him a bit. You want to capture the tragedy aspect also.

I tried light a separate light on the guy and the flag light extending to the guy but it didn't look right...
