Targuin is is possible to make a brush to make curved objects easier then having to make them in the 2d editor? Like curved pipes and halls.

for basic curved shapes:
pipes: use the Torus builder
halls: use the Tarq cylinder

set Sides used to a smaller number than Sides, and set the cylinder to hollow.
