New umod prob..please help

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. 1) When I double-click the bonus pack umod file I want to install, the Unreal Tournament Bonus Pack Setup starts,

2) I select English, Next

3) I am leaving the Destination Folder as the default - C:\Non-Work\Games\UnrealTournament (where I originally installed UT), Next

4) I get a message: 'WARNING: Do NOT install this product in the same folder as Unreal Tournament. Choose a different folder.'

5) If if change the destination folder to C:\Non-Work\Games\UnrealTournament\bp1 (arbitrarily chosen for Bonus Pack 1), and select Next, I get the message: 'Unreal Tournament Bonus Pack requires UnrealTournament to be installed in the folder first. Please locate the existing folder for UnrealTournament, or exit and install it now.'

I have the G.O.T.Y version

What bonuspack are you trying to install?
GOTY comes with some bonuspacks allready.
And the BP's shall be installed in the same directory as UT.
