Geforce2 GTS low FPS please help

Why i do have just 6 fps in unreal at 1024X768 32 bit with 226 patch
My pc is PIII 800 320mb ram 13gb and 17 gb hdds Geforce 2 gts 12.4 detonators Direxct x8 Sblaster Live and Abit VL6 Mboard with latests drivers.
With Intel 815 Mboard i could get only 17 fps. Also on other older systems like PIII550 i used to have and TNT2 ultra again I got only 10fps .
Doeas anyone knows why its so slow on my pc ? Can you please HELP MEEEE ?
