Help me out, cannot start the game....

Here is my problem, i've installed UT succesfully, but when i want to play this game... it freezes for 1 or 2 min.. and after that there comes an error:

I've tried to uninstall and re-installed it for 3 times now but it still not working!!
I only see the gamepicture and after that the error!
i've looked for an new driver and installed that, but it still won't work.
help me!

I've tried it several times but i won't work!
When i want to start it in safe mode ......nothing happens except for the error....
direct sound was the same nothing happened!
