is there a double damage mutator?

i've played on a server that had an awesome automatic riffle that you started off with... and everyone had double dammage thoughout the game... it was extremely fun.... is there a mutator to do this... or how can i go about making it ... thanks

Well if you remember where the server is you can check what's running on the server, other then that I can't help you

In hardcore mode, all weapons do double damage. Or is that turbo?

it sounds like he's talking about either a realism mod, or mr. pants' excessive mod.
