How to re-enable pop up

Some of my clan members have disabled the initial mapvote popup window and haven't set up a mapvote hotkey (I know, they frustrate me too :mad: )

How can they re-enable the popup window and/or assign a hotkey for mapvote?

OK, but how do they call up this panel if they haven't defined a hotkey? :)

It should pop up at the end of the game.
But if not enter this command in the console command window.
MUTATE BDBMAPVOTE VOTEMENU
