say what? I like to run and shoot, it's fun, it kills, killing's fun. Cept I can't run 'n shoot since shift click is kneel, how can i take that off of kneel, and before any of you idiots out there say look in the "keys" section, don't, it's not there

how about doing what i did: shift=kneel, ctr=run, i dont use my most left finger 4 nothing, so now i use it 4 run, my ring finger=on the shift (kneel) and capslock (actviate attachments).

good idea, I'll probably do that, control would also work for the way i like to lay my fingers on the keyboard, but is there any way to get shift click off of kneel?

Duno, maybe its just me but I have never used shift and click at the same time! Shift=toggle kneel on my key config...

I was going to delete that post but the board wouldn't let me.

Anyway my (hold)Run key was still set to Shift and it has no effect on running and firing.

Take a look at your Keys again and make sure both Crouch bindings don't have either Shift or Mouseclick in them.
Next I would go into Advanced Options and take a look at the Raw Key Bindings see if it looks OK.

And out of the goodness of my little, cold, black heart heres my INFuser.ini just rename it from txt to ini. The key binding are for the numpad but try it and see if it gives you the same problem.

8-forward
5-back
7,4-left strafe
9,6-right strafe

0 toggle run >that might be a way around your problem too, just toggle running off and on and don't use the shift key.

shift-run

left mouse-fire
right mouse-alt

Anyway if it still gives you grief you might want to consider a total reinstall of UT and everything or dl'ing the file again.

thanks, I'll try yours, but of course backing up mine. I'll also back up yours and then try changing the key configs.
