Lately I've been using limewire, but there's just not enough songs on it, and it's hard to actually find a person sharing the songs.

so what do you guys recommend? I mainly like to download Black Crowes bootlegs...which used to be quite abundant on napster

I've tried allot of alternatives, and Morpheus is by far the best one.

Fah q! That's my cheesy line!

Morpheus is the best, especially if you're fast. But the more we talk about it, the faster it will just shutdown or index blocked. Scour is back now, but it's blocked to begin with so it's a POS! :(

Morpheus sucks. So does LameWire. Bearshare kicks all of their asses combined.

What do I use? Dear god... okies... here goes...

LimeWire
BearShare
Yoink
KaZaA
eDonkey 2000
CuteFTP (If you know of some servers)

They all work great and I have all of them up usually... doesn't eat too much bandwidth even when people are DL'ing from me on all of the services. If you are looking for a specific MP3 and can't find it, email me the name of the song and the artist. Betcha I've got it... 6 gigs of MP3's here... on CD's and on HD's. Bwhahahah!!

For the first while, I was using Limewire which was recomended to me by dank_budz which I dislike, perhaps its the mac like gui or the speed. Probably the speed. But now I'm using AudioGalaxy www.audiogalaxy.com its web based, and you download a tiny client.

You select the songs on the webpage you want, and then open your "satalite" which is the little proggy, then it loads your Que and downloads them dynamicly, you can add, remove and change your que at any time, you can have them both going at once.

Its still no napster. But the next closest thing I could find.

I use KaZaA, haven't tried anything else since napster and I'm to lazy to DL something else...
