Check the texture sites at Planetunreal (http://www.planetunreal.com)...

And I would recommend Rorshach's site (http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/cottages/rorshach) too.
(This is the new link.)

Thats what unrealed is for  Ok save all your textures in pcx format then in unrealed open the texture browser. Choose File | Import and then import all your pcx files into a new package name of your choice. Afterwards you can save the package as a utx file. Voila. Oh by the way the textures have to be 256 colours and the image size must be a power of 2... EG. 512 x 128 or something.

Or use the built-in UCC tool (http://unreal.epicgames.com/pkgcommandlet.htm) to import them automatically with groupping and properties...
