If I download infiltration can i still play normal Unreal Tournament also, as well as Infiltration??????

Yes you can still play it perfectly :)

Infiltration is seperate from UT.

And BTW welcome to the real world :D

One thing if your running a server you might want to put your INF in a seperate UT folder. This stops players from dnloading all the none related INF stuff (like cow skins).
