thanx, but i did that and an error message came up that said a component is missing from it. any advice. is there another program that i can download. please respond.

Two solutions:
-Download the UED fix
-Download the latest patch for UT...(That contains the new version of UED)

are you using ued 1 or 2?
if you have the 432 patch, or above you'll have ued2 (I think)
