Surrond Sound?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. There is a Use Surrond Sound checkbox under the audio tab. I decided to read the release notes and see how to properly use it. It says I needed a a dolby reciever hooked up. Well I have the Cambridge Soundworks DTT2500 5.1 speakers which have a built in reciever for Dolby Digital 5.1. Am I missing something?
Specs-Athlon 800 GeForce 256(Prophet DDR)128 mb ram, Soundblaster live X-gamer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you're missing anything, although you may need to have the card hooked into the speakers via the SPDIF out for digital surround sound like that.
