UNKNOWN ERROR?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. everytime i play the game returns back to windows and some error comes up saying General Protection fault! History:................and it really is pissing me off and i wanna know WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

i'm on AMD K6 128 MB RAM 8MB videocard (shared with the 128) and the single player game(s) hardly ever do this error so if anyone can help me i need it bad ....it also happens with me on a dif game (aliens Vs Preditor) but on their site it says it happens to alot of people but anyway please e-mail me back SeanL614@cs.com or reply to this thanx

General Protection Fault means just that.

A general/common problem occured and caused the program to crash.

History.....

tells the specifics of the problem.

Copy down the message or at least the first few lines and someone may be able to help.

try uninstalling unreal t. then reinstall game then newest patch. will it run in safe mode if so try that check in your options field make sure every thing is correct then reboot your comp and try again.

well i have not tried to do it in safemode i pretty much just quit on the whole thing (for now) i think my main problem is my videocard it' so bad it gets average of 9 FPS on UT so i'm in the lookin for a new one becuz my computer kicks *** its 533mhz 128mb ram ...i'm tring to get a good card but for under (or juust over) 100 bucks i have beed eye'n a card called TNT 2 Arcade it's 90 bucks if anyone knows anyting bout it reply back i really need a new one but i'm not all rich and i'm not bout to get a 400dolar geforce2 but anyway.....talk later
