contest rules are wrong

you guys see the contest? i took the liberty off reading the rules. here's what i found:

since i'm not a US or Canada resident i can't play. that sucks.

also, the contest runs from November 10-14, the winners are chosen on November 3 and a winner list may be obtained after September 13.

i get the feeling someone was drinking when they wrote the rules...

ok, so they corrected the dates. but there has been no answer or reply whatsoever to the question of why i can't enter because i can't vote in the united states or canada.

That's a GSI thing. You should mail someone from the main Gamespy site like Fargo or Dakota for an answer to that.
