how can i create a unreal T stage?

how can i create a unreal T stage?
i mean which program should i use to create them!3d studio,lightwave or anything like these!
and if the only way to create them is the editor how can i understand it?
with many many many UNREAL LOVE!!!!

im not quite sure what you mean by a T stage but as far as the editor is concerned, go to www.unrealed.net theyve got a great tutorial and explains just about everything in the editor.
