ok i have UT version 413 and i installed unreal ED(the 2nd disk) now when i try to do something it locks up everything,does anyone know what this could be from?
and also are you supposed to or not install this file in this folder
unreal tournament/unrealED/unrealEDinstaller.exe
????/
because i did,and i dont know if your supposed to or are you just supposed to install disk 2,then open ued from the icon in system folder
totally by passing the unrealEDinstaller thats in the unrealED folder??????
for the love of god someone gots to know!?!?

Frustrating eh?.......get used to it. UnrealEd is somewhat buggy. When I install UT, I do so off disc 1. Then, to install unrealed I first install the second disk which has some textures on it as well as other useful stuff. After that, I run UT to make sure everything is running ok.

Now I go to my UnrealEd folder where the installer resides. When selecting a destination I install it to my "systems" folder. Alas, I have yet to have troubles with this setup though that could change tomorrow....heh

i found out when and what i do when it crashes so i try to avoid doing that.
what happens is if i open say block properties then i bulid it,if i dont hit close on that little window and i move the 3d screen it will freeze,so that means i use undo allot :/,but it works,and if i goto texture properties in the right side browser you know right click it to it,and move any 2d,3d screen it will freeze,so hopefully they will fix that crap(doubt it)
but im doing what i can with it at the moment and trying not to forget how it freezes,little (dumb things)mistakes makes it freeze my comp.
