STANDOFF for 3.0?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. i heard a nasty rumor that the code on UT wont allow for the players to not respawn upon death, thus eliminating STANDOFF. PLEASE ease my worries, since most all of us play mainly, or only standoff, this might really effect INF adversely. Is this true

UT is going to include a last man standing gametype where all the players have X lives and no more. Since it isn't likely to be a part of the engine itself, the code would be high level (U script) and easy to override.
